There are 47 total and that's not even including Madagascar! Which I took off our lists because if you count the surrounding islands, there are 53. And I didn't count those. Just on the African continent.

So then we were watching Modern Family (best show ever!) and Cam and Mitchell were talking to a birth mom. *Side Note: We watched Parenthood too and they're adopting on that show, too! LOVE.* So then this commercial came on about kids in Africa and a quote came up from Nelson Mandela..."Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Anyway, it got me thinking that we are no different than people in Africa. I mean, duh, we all know this. But do we really know it?
North America could be in such destitute times right now. We could have had a war that's lasted over 20 years and is the longest war in history. We could have no clue where our next meal is coming from. We're no different. We don't deserve all of the luxuries we have. We don't deserve to have fresh, clean water at our disposal. We don't deserve any of it. We were just born at the right place at the right time.
And it makes me so sad. I am so thankful for the life that God has blessed me with. But, at the same time, I'm so sad because I don't deserve it, yet I get all of this and they don't.
It just doesn't seem fair. No, it's not fair.

That's all I could think of but there are at lease 2 more that I know. There's one that starts with an "A" next to Libya and another one surrounded by South Africa...Levoso or something like that. So, 25 (+2) countries...not bad!
