Today, Makayla used scissors for the first time! She loved it! I know, I know, she's over 3 years old and has never used scissors?! The nerve of some mothers! Well, now she has. And she called it 'scissoring' when she would cut paper. How cute is that?!
Also, she got up on the potty ALL. BY. HERSELF. That's a first, too! I am so proud!!! You may think I'm nuts, but it's been a long time waiting for her to do this.
She's also really interested in putting her clothes on by herself now. My baby is growing up!
She also talks back. Like a lot.

Before I opened this, I thought the title said, "Nightmare." I read more and saw the word "scissors" and was nervous that Makayla cut her hair off! Haha. Hooooray for scissors and going potty all by herself. I hate that these kids just want to grow up and leave us! RUDE!
Alright! Scissors are so much fun, my son will cut and cut paper for such a long time. Scissoring - how adorable!!
Its funny that I read this post the day Will finally was able to cut paper! lol. He used 2 hands to do it, but was so excited that it actually cut! haha now he is slightly obsessed...
