We went to Ohio and back in just 7 short days, but they were rather long at the same time.
It's hard to be away from your own stuff, your own bed, your baby's crib, all the lovely things that make home home. So we're back.
Makayla is sleeping and it's not even 6pm yet. She's still on Ohio time. I'll be joining her shortly. Sleeping, that is. Not in the same room. We will NOT be doing that for a very long, long, long time.
I'll post more tomorrow. Off to take a shower and hit the sack....
